Nayna Trehan
Founder & Panchakarma Specialist
Nayna has been teaching Yoga and meditation for over 15 years as an Art of Living teacher and ran a person practice for Ayurveda in Montreal. She found her way into Ayurveda and Yoga as a young teen. Being of Indian descent these were household practices and deeply rooted in her lifestyle growing up. With a degree in business and career in tech recruitment, life wasn’t as juicy as she would imagine. She decided to carve out a new path, taking her business and marketing knowledge along with her passion for serving people to create a social business. She trained in Ayurveda with many teachers and is certified through Sri Sri Ayurveda as a Panchakarma therapist.
Ralph Matta
Founder & Panchakarma Specialist
Ralph has been teaching personal development, yoga and meditation for over 20 years. His journey began with meeting his Guru and discovering meditation in his early 20’s which paved a new path of self-discovery. With a corporate background in IT, and passion for health and stress-management, his vision was to bring the two together to build a venture centred around community building and wellness. Trained through Sri Sri Ayurveda he is a certified Panchakarma therapist and Yoga teacher with a wealth of experience in coaching and mind management.
Bhavika, BAMS
Ayurveda Bodywork Therapist
Bhavika is a graduate in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from India, bringing a strong foundation in classical Ayurveda with hands-on clinical experience. Her professional journey includes roles as a caregiver, receptionist, and medical officer trainee supporting clients through both medical care and compassionate presence.
With over two years of experience in Ayurveda hospital settings, Bhavika is known for her calm demeanour, attention to detail, and deep commitment to client well-being. Bhavika is deeply rooted in the principles of Ayurveda and brings a thoughtful, modern perspective to holistic wellness. Currently based in Vancouver, she is expanding her knowledge through ongoing academic studies while staying committed to the healing traditions of Ayurveda.
She is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their inner balance, combining ancient wisdom with a grounded, compassionate approach.
Olga Nardy
Ayurveda Bodywork Therapist
Olga is deeply passionate about supporting individuals in reconnecting with their joy, vitality, and sense of purpose. After spending over a decade in the corporate world, she pursued her calling in the healing arts by obtaining a Graduate degree in Psychological Counselling and a Postgraduate Diploma in Life Coaching. Her journey into holistic wellness deepened after relocating to Canada while three months pregnant. A personally challenging postpartum period inspired her to explore Ayurveda, leading her to train as an Ayurvedic Postpartum Caregiver through the Center for Sacred Window Studies.
Olga is passionate about integrating Ayurveda along with her work as a conscious menstrual educator, supporting women through the transition of menstruation and helping them restore balance, well-being and empowerment by applying Ayurvedic wisdom with a holistic mind body approach.
Amita Sharma, BAMS
Ayurvedic Vaidya (Practitioner)
Amita completed her graduation as a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery in India with gold medal distinction from Guru Ravidas Ayurved University in Punjab. With over 8 years of clinical experience, she lives her life fully immersed in Ayurveda wether it is for her own family and upbringing of her toddler, or ensuring her clients find the best of care and effective results through Ayurveda. In addition to her Bachelors degree, she has completed a one year certificate at the gynaecology department in Patiala and served as the former Ayurvedic Medical Officer at the Government of Himachal Pradesh for 3 years. Ayurveda is Amita’s passion and comes to her as a natural gift.
Jasmeet Singh Dhami, BAMS
Ayurvedic Vaidya (Practitioner)
With a Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery Jasmeet has been practicing in India for over 14 years. He is a senior Ayurveda and Panchakarma consultant with strong clinical experience. He has also made an impact as the former Senior Doctor at Sri Sri Tattva and as the former Ayurveda Medical Officer for the Government of Punjab.
He specializes in diagnosis through remote online consults as well as nadi (pulse) and through years of his clinical experience his passion lies in helping people through Ayurvedic assessments and administrating Panchakarma programs. He is extremely result focused and works compassionately along with his clients’ needs to bring positive transformation and healing.
Marie-Josée Veilleux
Jyotish (Vedic Astrology)
Marie is a vedic astrologer with 10 years of experience in Jyotish (vedic astrology) and 20 years of experience in western astrology. She is certified from the ACVA (Americain College of Vedic Astrology) and has also studied Vedic palmistry. Through her travels in India, she learnt Jyotish, sitar and sanskrit.
She has a B.A. in French literature and Journalism plus a certificate in Translation. She has also completed her certification of Yoga at Shivananda Yoga Camp and been actively on a spiritual path for more than 30 years. Through this experience, she skillfully transmits her wisdom in her readings and guides people in a positive and non-harming manner.
