An Introduction to our Private Yoga Lessons

One who is free from ailments is not necessarily healthy, however, one who is happy, energetic and enthusiastic, in addition to being free from physical and mental disorders is actually healthy!

Our classes focus on just that - being free and fit inside and out! Through asanas, pranayama and subsequently deep meditation you will be guided towards your goals and overall well-being and doshic balance. Book a class to experience holistic healing and deep yogic relaxation resulting in a lighter, calmer you while working on targeted goals and receiving personalized guidance on your asana practice.

What to expect from a session?

Our way of teaching is not focused alone on body and asanas, you’ll experience the authentic and true sense of Yoga in its complete glory. You’ll leave class feeling grounded, energized, mentally and physically stronger and happier.

Remember, Yoga is for everyone, the stiff and the flexible, beyond judgements and “types” you’ll experience a safe environment to learn and grow wether you’re a beginer or an advanced yogi!

Online one-on-one 60-minute session will include:

1. Detailed intake and assessment of your goals/needs and Ayurvedic constitution (dosha)
2. Customized class based on your goal/need
3. Complete program including carefully selected pranayamas, asanas and meditation/rest
4. Home recommendations
5. Full attention and one-on-one guidance and modifications as needed

About Your Instructor

Khushbu Shah is a 500 HR yoga teacher and evaluator with a remarkable experience of over 6 years in delivering yoga & meditation sessions to audiences of all ages and caliber.

She began her yoga practice to balance the emotional, mental, and physical aspects of her own life. A Geologist by qualification, Khushbu has traveled across geographies exploring cultures and meeting different people. The one thing she found common among people everywhere is the way they deal with stress and anxiety. As yoga has played an instrumental journey in her transformation, she has taken it as her calling to help spread this message to as many people as possible.

She graduated from Exhale Yoga School and Sri Sri Yoga School (India) with a total of 500 HR training and is an active teacher and volunteer with the global foundation: The Art of Living. She has delivered about 300 group sessions and 500 private sessions and lead teachers' training programs. Everyone leaves her class with a smile on their face, mentally calm and stronger than before.
